Addicted to Fit - 1

Today I'm kind of in a sh!++y mood. But I've done fairly well. I'm excited because I've prepped some fruit and veggies for the week. Grapes, strawberries, watermelon, cucumbers, celery, and almonds -washed, measured, bagged, all ready for the week. Also cleaned house, swept, moped, dishes (twice now), washed and folded clothes, so it's been a productive day. Also started with some pushups, but haven't completed my workout yet.
So I'm hoping that prepping the fruits and veggies will help keep me away from the carbs during the week. I guess it's not magic though, I'm going to have to exercise some control and will power.
Lately staying within my calories isn't too bad, it's working out. Even when I go to bed on time, when my alarm goes off I lose all desire to get fit and turn it off and go back to sleep. I'm not sure how to over come this, but I will keep trying because I'm aiming to be addicted to fit.
