I feel like I've been beat up. I had a hard time falling asleep last night, and apparently I had a hard time after I fell asleep too. It was really hard getting out of bed this morning, my whole body is sore. To top it off, I slept past my alarm, and I'm out of coffee. *grumble* Must get in a better mood!
I got so nauseated last night I couldn't help with the dishes and food clean up. This being nauseated is for the birds! I had yet another person ask me if I'm pregnant, because of the nausea. Nope. Just gallstones and fatty liver deposits. yay me. I took something for the nausea and it didn't help a bit. Felt like it actually upset my stomach some. So for now, if I can remember, I'll be mostly drinking Juice Plus shakes instead of eating. The shakes generally don't upset my stomach. It's a chocolate plant protein powder that I use almond/coconut milk with and add strawberries, so it's kinda like a dessert. The chocolate is the only flavor I like, but
I'm not going to work out right away. My body feel so sore. I just want to go back to bed, but at the same time I don't because that is what did this!
I re-thought my goals for the Summer Challenge, and I think I'm pretty much going to keep them the same. They are kinda tough, but I need to start really cracking down on this stuff. My goal is not for perfect, it's for 70%. I know I can't obtain perfection, so I'm just goiong to try my best and that's it.
I worked out, full 30 minutes and stretching. I need a better stretching routine. Guess I'll me going through SP today to find one I like. I also want a pilates or yoga routine to do with the girls every day. Or maybe a set of pilates videos that work out different body parts so we can mix it up.
The doctor finally called, but I'm not going to a gastric doctor, I'm going to see a surgeon. I'm wondering what the doctor is not telling me. I didn't think it was that serious.
Wanna know something silly? When I'm flagging on my workout and thinking maybe it would be okay if I stopped a little early, I put on the song Sexy And I Know It by LMFAO! It motivates me. I also start every work out with the song Happy by Pharrell Williams, puts me in the right head space.
