Addicted to Fit - 2

Got up at 4:30 this morning and hit the gym. It was awesome, actually gave me an extra 20 minutes or so. Upper body is usually kind of boring for me because it's easy, but today I had time to really push myself. I think I need to stone up and start using the barbells too tho.
Had more junk food than I should have, but less than some days. And I managed 12,859 steps. So overall I call today a win!
Back up at 4:30 am for leg day and I'm truly EXCITED! Leg day always feels like an accomplishment because it's tough for me. Not to mention I'm usually sore for the next week!
What is your all time favorite exercise?
I think mine is different types of an routines. I despise team sports of all kinds, lol
Tomorrow I have a goal of eating less junk. I like to have small daily goals to help keep me focused and feeling accomplished. Overall this week I want to lose 2lbs. I can do this. All I have to do is, get Addicted to Fit!
