I am so struggling to get back on track completely. I have been eating junk and too much of it, but struggling is better than failing. I am trying. I am pushing through it, trying constantly to get back where I want to be with my eating.
I have realized two things about myself. First, I cannot have candy in my home and not devour it. I have no will power in front of it. Second, when I write (and I love to write) I get the munchies big time
So I guess it's not all bad. I haven't given up and I learned a couple of things.
