Make myself a list and check sheet again

Track food and exercise

Focus on other rewards, positive feelings.. to replace emotional eating

Stay focused..

Put myself and feelings first, second or at least 3rd.. but non nutritional eating will not be first, second or third

Say good things to myself... read someone's blog today.. wish I could remember who's but what she had to say in this area really hit home.

Remind myself of September, December.. family events and how I will feel when I put the effort and focus in now
