Day 191/healthy recipes/zoodles

So, I'm in charge of cooking for the next week or two. Yikes. I'm no chef, I'm a baker. But since we can't eat nothing but bread and cakes, I'm going to experiment with healthy eating. I ordered a "spiral vegetable cutter" or thing that makes zoodles (zucchini noodles). I can't wait to try them. I've been waiting for a good excuse to buy the spiral cutter, but DH was against it, posiive I wouldn't like it. I'll post a review when I'm done, It should get here on Monday.
I'm trying to find more healthy recipes, but honestly how do you know which ones will work and which ones will flop? I want to cook healthy and for once I don't have to worry about whether my husband will like them or not! He's on a soft foods diet and already has all the soft foods he needs for the next week, so I can basically cook what I want.... hoping the kids will eat it. But the kids love brussel sprouts, so surely they will like other healthy stuff too. I'm not going to fry anything, Fried foods, I'm told, will go straight through me now that I have no gallbladder. But where can you find tasty, healthy recipes? Any suggestions?

I think since I'm eating healthy and trying to get the kids to as well, I'll make some more homemade Kind bars (type of granola bar). I did really good last time, I just need to buy more honey. I have tons of other ingredients left over and they are quite yummy. I have some of the Juice Plus bars... they are very healthy. They taste like they are very healthy too.
I'm healing pretty well I think. I accidentally started to bend over earlier and that was a big no-no. I can feel that I still have a lot of the air in my stomach. Hopefully that will work itself out soon. But overall I'm doing better.
