I GAINED 8 pounds! YIKES! It must be bloating from the surgery, I know I have a little extra water weight, I can see it in my toes. but 8 whole pounds? 263.
Oh my goodness.
I'm so excited about food for this week. I'm going to get my spiral veggie cutter and make zoodles! Zucchini noodles! I have a recipe for Kung Pao Zoodles, and I hear it's really good to eat like spaghetti too. DH wants me to make baked potato soup, but I think that is really fattening so I'll stick to chicken noodle soup. I had an awesome idea for my sweets cravings: oatmeal! I love the cinnamon apple oatmeal with some raisins thrown in, and I was thinking that is hearty enough that it will not only take care of my sweet cravings, but fill me up too. Should work, I hope!
Can't exercise yet, but I can get up and do more and not spend so much time in bed like I did today. Was just so tired. To the point where I shouldn't need my pain meds other than when I go to sleep (can't sleep with the nagging pain). But I should have an appointment soon to tell me when I can start working out again.
