Decided today to start using the Spark Coach to help me get losing again. Not only have I not lost in about a month, I have GAINED a total pound!
This will be about living up to goals, tracking food and measuring, drinking my water and getting quality food in my daily menu.
My personal problem will be coping with a bad knee and trying to do exercises to strengthen my thighs and quads to help the knee function and be ready for a knee replacement in November.
Can I do this? You bet I can!
