emoticon Writing this at 1 AM because I can't sleep. I awoke to the sound of a big thump somewhere in the house around 12, and went and checked on the kids. Everything is in order, but I can't go back to sleep. I'm a little tired, but otherwise wide awake.

emoticon DH makes a wonderful smoothie that tastes like a cherry fruit rollup. I figured it would taste good with the chocolate of my shake. Not so. It had twang to it that I just couldn't get past, and thinking about it, he always adds sugar to his smoothie. The kids seemed to like it, but I just couldn't drink it. I had 3/4 of a chick fil a sandwich and then some oatmeal with raisins for dessert. Very filling and satisfying.

emoticon I lost 1/2 another pound!! Which brings me down to 251.6! emoticon

emoticon Finally got a little sleepy so I went and laid down, I don't even remember falling asleep, I think I just passed out. I slept past my alarm and woke up with DH's second alarm, so I don't have much time before I need to take a shower and get ready to go to my therapy appointment.

emoticon I did really good on food yesterday! Even though I ate that sandwich for dinner, I stayed under my goal calories! emoticon

emoticon I'm going to work in a few minutes (at least 10) of exercise today. DH has to leave as soon as I get home, so I'll work out after he is gone, this afternoon

emoticon DD jumped off the couch and landed on her bottom, for some strange reason. So her bottom is hurting, I think she bruised her tailbone. It hurts when she walks or bends, but not when she is sitting. So it doesn't sound like she broke it. Poor thing. If it keeps hurting her I'll take her to the doc, just to make sure.

emoticon Debating on whether or not I'm going to get my usual coffee from Starbucks or if I'm just going to take a water. Part of me really wants the coffee, part of me doesn't want to go over my calories. I know I can just take over the day from there and mind my calories, but do I really want to drink that many calories? I know I'm going to have Kung Pao Zoodles for lunch, it is such a good recipe! Hmm...

emoticon My new spiralizer (zoodle maker) comes in today! It's one you hand twist so I can do carrots and other small veggies with it. I can't wait! Plus my spiralizer cookbooks should be here tomorrow! Yay! Spiralize all the things! LOL

emoticon I used my pamper stuff that came in and loved it! I have not used the stuff for my feet yet, but will do that tonight. It felt so good to have all the little cleansers and scrubs again.

Today I will:

emoticon Pamper my feet
emoticon Keep my calories under my goal number
emoticon Exercise for at least 10 minutes
emoticon Try to give as many friends as possible a goodie today!
emoticon Get the house back in order from last night's Bible study
emoticon Declutter for 15 minutes
