I had pizza yesterday - and still managed to stay in my calorie range! I was so tired last night, I just did not have the energy to cook. So DH ordered pizza. I should not have, but I was so very tired, I did. Luckily I had not eaten much yesterday so it didn't matter.
My get-up-and-go got-up-and-went! Without me! I have no desire to do anything today, even though I have lots to do. I need to go work out and get the house in order and get stuff ready for my DD's birthday... but I just feel like doing nothing! We've got a new routine we do in the mornings
I work out for 30 minutes, then clean the kids rooms for 15 minutes each, then clean the garage for 15 minutes, then take a shower. Then clean the kitchen and start lunch. I'm going to get up and go work out... eventually. Maybe another cup of
coffee with get me going.
My stuff for school is finally starting to come in! I should have all of my curriculum in tomorrow and my supplies have all come in, that just leaves going shopping at the store for the school sales. We need LOTS of folders and a few 3 ring binders. I can't wait to have it all in so that I can say I have everything ready! Yikes, I still have to pay tuition! It was due on Wednesday! Oops! Better get in touch with the director and see when I can get it to her.
Today is day 34 of the 60 Day Summer Challenge. I haven't been keeping up every day like I'm supposed to. I have been doing good though! This is week 2 since my surgery and I'm working out fine, I just can't do anything that focus's on my stomach muscles and I can't put much pressure on my stomach. Overall I would say I'm doing good. I'm eating better, I'm finally losing weight, slowly, and I'm feeling better (for the most part).
I'm loving keeping track of my food on the nutrition tracker. Knowing how much and what I can eat is a relief and an inspiration to eat more healthy! When I saw that I stayed under my calories yesterday even though I ate pizza I was so relieved! I'd barely eaten all day, I'm sure that pizza was a shock to my system!
I got my new cookbooks in for my spiralizer! And I must say, some of the recipes are nuts-o. Why would I make a hamburger bun out of spiralized veggies? Or a waffle?I'm sure there are some good recipes in there somewhere, I just have to find them! I'm sure there is so much more I can do with the spiralizer, I just need to have an open mind!
Today I'm going to:
Workout for 30 minutes
clean each girls room for 15 minutes each
Clean garage for 15 minutes
Clean my room for 15 minutes
3 loads of laundry
homeschool and organize my homeschool stuff
get my crochet stuff organized some and out of the kitchen (15 minutes)
