Almost to ONEDERLAND

I haven't posted any blogs in forever, and I wasn't really much of a poster before, but I'm just so excited! For the first time in my life, I've actually found a eating and lifestyle plan that is WORKING for me!! I've never lost weight the right way before. I've only lost as a result of heartbreak or pregnancy (yeah, I lost a lot during pregnancy, my body is weird). But this time I'm 25 pounds down and only 5 away from ONEDERLAND!! I really appreciate everyone here who inspires me with the stories of your success which keep me driven, and your stories of tough times, which make me feel human. I have 50 more pounds to go.. And I know we can do it together!

    Hi AMPROSKE1..I am doing a low carb, high fat diet. I try to keep my net carb intake between 50 and 100 per day.. Usually around 50. The fats I take in are healthy fats, and most of my carbs come from fruit and vegetables sources, but I'm not too strict about the source, as long as I stay between 50 and 100. I've lost 25 pounds in about 2 and a half months.
