We've all heard it a thousand times...but...we need it 1001...so....here goes.
Research shows that people who include physical activity in their weight-loss programs are more like to keep their weight off than people who only change their diet. Physical activity promotes weight loss and improves your strength and flexibility, lowers your risk of heart disease, helps control blood pressure and diabetes, can promote a sense of well-being, and can decrease stress.
