Today's weight is: 251, Yay! Down 1 pound!
Milder workout today since it is Sunday. Just WiiFit step, 30 minutes. Have to get enough sleep tonight as I'm doing a full workout tomorrow. Looking forward to it at the same time I'm not,lol, it's going to be intense.
Wondering what causes cold sores at the side edge of your mouth? Seems like everytime I turn around the corner of my lips feels like it's split open!
Going to go to the grocery store today, I'm all out of spaghetti sauce to go with my zoodles! Plus a bunch of other things we need to get. I need more healthy options. I love my homemade Kind bars, till I figured out how many calories there are in it. Yikes. Need to find some low calorie options for snacks. Need some squash and zucchini too, must make mroe zoodles! I still have not found any other recipes that sound good and I'm not liking the Kung Pao noodles with zucchini, it tastes good with squash, but the zucchini ends up stateing pickled. Yuck. Have my recipe book, but all of the recipes are weird... why would I want to make a bun out of zoodles? See, weird.
I have so much I want to do today!

Research more on notebooking
Get some outside time in
Do yoga and strength training after church
maybe get in a nap
Bathe the dog (Pickles)
Then clean the tub
Read my book
