emoticon Today's weight is 251.0, it looks like that pound is going to stay off! Yay! Almost out of the 250's, hooray!

emoticon Did 40 minutes cardio and am about to do strength training and then once the kids are done eating we will do yoga together. Didn't do 10 minutes of my workout, but was really tired this morning. I may go up and do 10 more minutes later today... or maybe going to the pool today will be enough. I'm going to be worn out before lunch!

emoticon I didn't do so good with my eating yesterday. I was in my calorie range till right before bed. Then I became famished feeling, so hungry! I had just eaten a huge helping of zoodles and red sauce, but that didn't seem enough to satisfy. I ate a lean cuisine, so it was low calorie and good for me. I had a banana too. It put me at 300-400 over my calorie range. Not good. I have to start getting protein in when I make my zoodles so that it will be more filling and will last longer.

emoticon Today's menu is a Juice Plus+ Complete bar (spiced apple and raisin), Kung Pao Chicken with squash noodles, and an orange chicken lean cuisine. Snacks will include banana, an orange, yogurt and an Envy apple (so yummy!). That puts me at just barely reaching the lowest amount of calories I'm supposed to eat, whew. Maybe that will be filling enough! If I get just super hungry, I'll have some oatmeal with raisins. That will keep me in my goal range and is very satisfying.

emoticon Today is going to be one super packed day! I didn't do even half of my list yesterday, I decided to take it as a day of rest and watched TV and vegged out most of the day. I want to stay moving today. The kids will be on my computer all afternoon for school, so I'll have no reason to sit all day. I'll be able to go work on cleaning/organizing projects, while keeping an eye on them to see if they need help. Need to organize the shool table better. We are not getting enough done by far because I'm so unorganized right now, but I'm working on it. By the time we start CC it should be organized and ready!!

    I have heard there is a trick to list making. You make a list of 10 things you want to get done each day. Then eliminate 5 of them and put them on a list labeled " Things I want to get done this month". Now take the remaining 5 items on your list and label them in order of importance ( remember taking care of yourself needs to be number one).
    If you get at least 3 of the 5 items completed on any given day you've been successful!

    Doing chores on certain days of the week is helpful too. Like shopping on Saturdays. Vacuuming on Tuesdays and Fridays. Dishes everyday right before bed(you feel better if the kitchen is clean when you get up in the morning and feel more like preparing some nutritious food( nothing derails me faster from preparing something healthy than having dirty pots, pans and or dishes that need to be washed before I can start doing anything new). Etc. If you know you have a set day for certain chores it reduces stress.

    WooHoo on the pound that is gone for good!
