You should be toning nicely. Have you checked your measurements lately? You could be toning even though your weight isn't going down a lot.

Stress eating?? Hmmm... I have a "no eating after 7pm rule". Perhaps you could do something like that. I know work stress does not do a person good. I'm sure you will do what is best for you. :D
