I Thought I Was In A Bad Spot, But Maybe Not.......

Two days ago, I would have said that I was in a bad place. Then I changed my focus. I never realized how liberating a few changes could be! I sat down and designed a check off sheet for nutrition and self care. I used it every time I put something in my mouth today. I used it every time I was tempted to berate myself or my actions. I used it to record how I manage stress. I used it to monitor my water intake and sleep. There it all is in black and white. At the end of my day, I will get to do the fun part. I will give myself credit for all of my successes today!
So what is so special about this magical check off sheet? To look at it, it looks just like a list with a bunch of check marks. Nothing particularly remarkable about that. What is magical is my attitude change. Amazing!
