Day 221/Weigh In Day

emoticon Today I weighed in at:251.4

Considering that I weighed in at 252.8 yesterday, I'm happy for that. The only thing I can think of is that I worked my butt of yesterday working out, and I ate under my calorie range. At one point I weighed 253. But at the beginning of he week (monday) I weighed 249.

emoticon Yesterday morning I talked about my setback and my goals for fixing my slip-up so that it won't happen again. Today I'm happy to announce a NSV that made me so happy and forget about my slip-up!

emoticon I have this wonderful workout DVD by Ellen Barrett that I do about 20 minutes of it every few days (trying for every day that I work out). I usually take a break around minute 15 then do the other 5. Yesterday a challenge on one of my teams was to get twice as much cardio as you usually get on Saturday. So I accepted the challenge and did my DVD. There were still breaks, but not at the 20 minute mark. I would pause it and walk around the room to keep my heart rate up. Mainly because my foot, of all things, was cramping. I did almost the whole video. I could not believe it. I'm going to start pushing myself to do more of the workout video and less time on the WiiFit. Yay! I've not been able to do that much of the video since I weighed 185!!

emoticon I've got my whole day of food planned out. I did great sticking to it yesterday and am wanting to do the same today. I'm a little bit higher on calories today, mainly because I'm going to have a small sausage and biscuit for breakfast. But I'm still under my goal calories.

emoticon I took today a little easy and I think I'm going to have to rotate every other day doing as much of the workout DVD that I can and then a mild workout. Otherwise I won't be able to move my hips properly, lol.

Today I'm going to take easy, just try to get a few things done and relax for the rest of the day.
