Great Vlog! Well, that is a good question. Here's the 10 things I won't miss about being over weight.
1. Always feeling tired and unmotivated.
2. The knee and back pain.
3. The uncomfortable/guilt feelings when I ate out. (I used to eat til I popped).
4. Not being able to do the activities I used to do..(riding bicycles, jogging/running, swimming, tennis, softball)
5. The way my clothes fit . I wore stretch type pants because they were more comfortable. I was between XL and 1X (one being to small the other too large) I also wore t-shirts to cover my fat belly!
6. The uncomfortable feeling I got when people looked at me.
7. Seeing pictures of me.
8. Not being able to wipe myself.
9. The high blood pressure.
10. The horrible lab results.
