Fall 5% Challenge just ahead

I found this on Barbie176 Spark page. She is a team leader for another team in the 5% weight loss 8-week challenge. If you are not part of a challenge, check this one out. I am on the Tiger Monarch team.
As we gear up for the Fall 5% challenge, I thought her words are appropriate and adaptable for me.
"My pledge for the Summer 5% Challenge is to make this the time to achieve my goals... I am here to inspire, support and motivate others in their journey while receiving the same on my journey.
On my team page I will daily record my exercise and Living the Good Life points, and I will weigh and record my weight weekly. I will check with my team at least three times per week. I will visit team members' pages and blogs as much as I can.

I can become stronger

I can be proud of myself
I can feel healthier
I can try new things
I can be happier
I can get out of comfort zone
