When I look back at the beginning of the year I started out with some good exercise goals. All went well until the knee took me out for the count. I got a little reprieve with some aqua therapy exercise and then I had to stop that per the doctor. Well today I'm back with some very good news. I had my stitches removed from my knee surgery by a physical therapist today. She has given me the go ahead to start an exercise routine. I can start back with my bike riding (8-10 minutes) which is half of how I started at the beginning of the year, but I am happy to be getting anytime at this point. My goal will be to start that tonight and get a minimum of 5 times a week. I also have some floor and band exercises to do so that will add a few more minutes. I won't overdo this new beginning. I will listen to my knee and not do more than I should. I have read the beginners guide on our Spark start page and am ready to begin a new!
