Days 3 & 4 :)

Friday I took the time to do a nice and easy 30 minutes on my recumbent bike. My legs were a bit tight from the run - walk - run program I did Thursday on my treadmill.
Saturday - I did a 2 mile workout on my treadmill and are so happy! I did around 2 -3 min of jogging followed by 2 min of walking. During my jogging segments I felt really good and the reason I am so happy is because I really didn't think I had that in me!
So many times I have told myself that I am to fat to do this or that and I am learning that I shouldn't limit myself to those kinds of thoughts. In fact I have it in me to do anything I set out to accomplish. I just have to believe in myself and try!
Now I have to get serious about my nutrition part. I always say I'm going to log my food daily using the SparkPeople app and get half way through the day and let it slide. I need to be more focused and committed to doing this. I don't really eat a lot of junk, I think I just eat over my calorie limit, which is around 1200 - 1500 calories. This I will work on this week and really try and focus on holding myself accountable.
