Update Finally :)

Tuesday, September 01, 2015

It's been 2 and half months since my last blog and you are probably wondering what happen? Well for starters, I had found out some devastating news about my grandmother who is like my mother. The doctor found a mass in her breast and yep cancer it is. I was so caught off guard, so hurt, so distraught, you would have taught it was me being diagnosed. That has really been weighing on me along with other things that have been happening at the time.

My body was going through a weird phase and I was severely constipated and started to get depressed about it and you know what happened next. For the remainder of the month of June was a real struggle along with most of July. I bounced back and forward between weight and started to finally turn things around for the month of August.

As some of you know, I was doing Operation Pre-Pregnancy Weight and I was so close to reaching it. I only had 1lb to lose to reach it and then bam all of that started to happen and that 1lb faded quickly.

I'm still working on Operation Pre-Pregnancy Weight, but I haven't weigh in since August 19, 2015 and that was 248.2. I wanted to skip a few weigh ins so my next weigh in will be September 9, 2015.

I hurt my right knee somehow I think from me trying to push myself with those jumping lunges, so I made a doctor appointment for Thursday. I really hope I didn't mess anything up.

What's next for me? I will be embarking on a new challenge "Operation Nutrition Focus" on September 9. I think it's time for me to really buckle down on my nutrition. What worked for me earlier at losing weight is not as effective as it was. I think it's time for something completely different. I think I'll do either 2weeks blog update or a monthly update so stay tune.

Let's continue to MAKE IT HAPPEN and KEEP PUSHING!

I take Metamucil fiber capsules for constipation issues and they really help.

Sorry so sorry to hear about your Grandma. I know how it can knock you for six and everything else fades into insignificance because of all the problems with my own mum. I hope she is coping with the treatments.

You are so brave, a real warrior, and I look forwards to seeing how you get on with your new challenge emoticon emoticon

Sorry to hear about your grandmother. Hope she is doing well and you can treat the cancer together! As for your food-exercise: Trial and error is a good method-so try something new and see how your body reacts. But most importantly, take care of your knee, your body, and your mind so you can do the things that will help you succeed.
You are an important person, take care of yourself! Reach your goal!
