Spark Changes

Over the past month, I've been increasingly frustrated with my personal "spark" life. I won't get into the specifics, but I've recently made some drastic changes. I stepped down from leadership in one team, and dropped all of my teams with the exception of one. I'm trying to be more purposeful with my "online" time. I spend way too much time on social media sites (of which I include spark) and I need to step back. I keep debating on deactivating my facebook page, until October 31st because I love seeing everyone's kiddo's dressed up. haha
The other big changes I made on here is I made my page offline & cut back on my number of friends. I'm making my page online again though. I DO enjoy the interaction with my spark friends. :)

Good for you for taking that step. Do what ever you need to do to make it all work for you. You're here to get healthy for you...not anyone else. 
Motivation is important to give to each other, but if it consumes our time and interrupts our weight-loss program & efforts, then it's being counter-effective, and loses the very purpose of it.
Sometimes all I have time to do is a quick blog on my own site. I don't have time to always read & comment on other sparker's blogs, and it makes me feel selfish & sad, but it's not a selfish thing, it's just what 'time' permits. When I do have time, I go back on a later date and see how everyone is doing & give goodies & comments. 
So don't feel bad. I think we ALL have this very issue ourselves.
