Week 1 results for Operation Nutrition Focus: Sept. 9-15

Week 1 is over and I'm so glad I decided to try something new and buckle down on my nutrition. This has opened my eyes to new delicious healthy foods that I probably wouldn't have given a try. I was pleasantly surprised that I'm enjoying the meals I'm trying with this challenge. They are quick to fix, filling, and tasty.


Nutrition:
I managed to prep, cook, and even take my meals on the go if I had to. I tracked all seven days and was in range. I'm making sure I'm eating quality food over junk food. Here's a day snippet of what I have been eating.


Fitness:
I've use walking as my form of exercise for this first week of my challenge and walked 3 days last week.
