This reminds me of my accounting as I was losing my weight. I didn't do it nearly as organized as you are. No pictures. Just a hand-written table with columns of weight, waist, hip, arm, thigh and comments. It helped to see the inches go off, then the pounds. I kept it up, measuring every couple weeks until I reached my goal. Now that paper is in my "Special Current" file...to remind me and to compare if I need to.

Hey, I see a great progression. First I noticed how much stronger you are getting--more push ups.and crunches. The difference in BMI is tremendous...and only in 30 days! In fact, your determination and consistency shows up in EVERY measure.

Good going! It's wonderful for me to be able to share your success.
