OMG, did I finally do it? Yep I surely did! :)

After trying several times to get to my pre-pregnancy of 238 after having my second child in 2012, I can finally say I did it! emoticon emoticon emoticon baby!

You guys just don't know how much this means to me. The tears can't stop flowing from my eyes. I went through a tough labor/delivery that eventually ended with me having to have an emergency C-section. I went through a phase of post-partum depression and tried several times to do a comeback only to fail each time. I took a break in 2013 and ended up gaining almost 60 plus lbs. In 2014, I went to ob-gyn appointment for annually and got that shock of my life it read 326! That's when I said enough is enough! I have got to take control and get back on this healthy lifestyle journey. So there you have it I finally accomplished one of my major goals and surpassed it. Now I'm in "new territory" as I call it with this weight loss journey.

Week 2 Results for Operation Nutrition Focus Sept. 16-22:

I had to do a little rearranging with my meals and exercise routine that I had plan, but everything worked out.

Nutrition: I did pretty good with tracking and being in range all 7 days. I did have 2 pcs of chocolate that wasn't on planned emoticon hey it happens! emoticon . I didn't let that stop me. I kept pushing on. Here's a snippet of the foods I ate.

Fitness: I exercised 3 days and 2 of those days I went to the gym. I did Dance Fusion class and Zumba Class. I walked for 40 mins and did elliptical for 10mins.

Weigh In: I couldn't believe my eyes when I stepped on scale. OMG, after trying so many times to reach my pre-pregnancy weight of 238, I can finally claim VICTORY! emoticon
