emoticon all for the encouragement! I was trying really hard not to let the weight gain get me down, and your comments helped emoticon

emoticon I got the worst leg cramp night before last! Felt like my muscles were trying to curl up off the bone! Very painful and now my leg is very tender, sore, and feeling like it could cramp again at any time! DH said night cramps like that could mean I'm dehydrated. I don't see how, I drink a lot of water, but maybe I drank too much coffee the day before or something? I've been pushing the water and hope it doesn't happen again!

emoticon For my anxiety I do see a psychiatrist and a therapist. I love both of them to pieces emoticon

emoticon My workout plan for today is to do my jumping jacks (grand total of 100 today - spread out throughout the day) Take a 5 minute walk (if it stops raining), work out video for as long as I can (probably about 10-20 minutes) and WiiFit for 30 minutes. Eat. Sleep. Repeat. LOL.

emoticon I'm already feeling a little bit better from eating better. I am trying to come up with a meal plan for the family, but also one for me. I can eat some of the stuff they eat, but I really want to go back to being mostly vegetarian. I've got to get some more recipes for my zoodles. I bought two recipe books, but they expect you to have things like coconut aminos on hand and I don't even know where to buy that! I'm know I'm going to make some "posole chili" (I can't call it real posole because my DH hates hominy so I make it with white beans. The flavor is almost the same, but the texture is different) with homemade tortillas. I'm thinking of making a turkey and using it for soup and sandwiches. DH surprised me and bought the stuff to make me coconut shrimp, but that is fried and I'm trying to stay away from that, so maybe we'll use the shrimp in something creole. For me, I mainly just have to keep yellow squash and zucchini and spaghetti sauce on hand in case I can't eat what they are having.

emoticon Okay, off for more coffee and then to start my day! I plan on doing a lot of cleaning today, so I hope I don't run out of energy!

    Is your husband trying to sabotage your weight loss journey? Coconut fried shrimp is really not a great meal if you are trying to lose the pounds. I think cooking a turkey is a wonderful idea! Lots of soup and salads!!!!
