This is so true, and something I'm trying to get through my thick skull. I haven't been making the changes I need to make in order to change myself. I've been half-a$$ doing things and not committing to it like I should. I'm changing that today. I want to get back to feeling like I was when I was losing weight and really getting into it. So today I'm going to go back to making those changes that lead to weight loss and feeling better! I'm going to:

emoticon Work out for at least 40 minutes every day. No excuses, no days off. I can have lighter days for recovery, but keep going every day.
emoticon Do my walking every day except if it is raining, and even then if I can get away without the kids for 5 minutes, walk some. I have not been doing my actual walking outside because of all the rain, and it's time I stopped using that excuse!
emoticon Drink my water! I've been thinking I was drinking enough water, but I've got the tell-tell signs that I'm not actually drinking enough, so I'm going to go back to measuring how much I drink.
emoticon Track everything I eat! If I have to write it down, I'm less likely to eat something I shouldn't! If I look it up and it has tons of calories, I'm less likely to eat it
emoticon No cheese. None.
emoticon Get sleep! No more waking up super early to 'try' to work out. I'll work out in the afternoons, I need my sleep at night. - NO NAPS!
emoticon Try to keep up with my Spark team challenges!

I'm sure there is more, and I'll get a sheet of paper and write all this out for me to look at, but that is the gist of it. I've got to get back to the mindset I was in before. I can do this, I will do this! I proved that with the combination of exercise and nutrition I can lose the weight. Now to actually do it again!
