I can't believe it has been 5 days since I blogged! And what is up with the new blogging format! I loved being able to move the little window around and now I can't! Boo!

emoticon I slept pretty good last night.. this morning not so much. But it felt so good to be in bed being lazy, I just stayed and luxuriated in it! Felt wonderful to do! I may not have gotten great sleep, but I got a rest and I probably dozed off a half a dozen times so maybe I did get enough sleep! I feel great this morning, and that is what matters!

emoticon I have mixed feelings towards the rain we've been getting. I love rainy, lazy days. However I've not supposed to have been being lazy, and rainy days make me so tired. I've had to put my walking program on hold all week, which means I may have to start on the week before to catch my body back up again. I know, I can walk in the house, but it's not quite the same to me. I have a very hilly neighborhood and walking in the house is nothing like walking out there. I love dancing in the rain in the summer time, but this is a cold rain and we can't go play in it. Hopefully the forecast is right and we'll get some sunny days this week.

emoticon I'm going to finish my coffee, take a few minutes for my tummy to settle, and then go work out. I'm going to put the riser on the WiiFit and see how long I can go! Last count I could go for 600 steps on the riser (riser puts the WiiFit board up as high as a real step aerobics step, maybe a tad higher). I'm going to try for 1,000 steps! Then I'll do 30 more minutes without the riser but with fast tempo music, which usually gets me a little over 3,000 steps. Then I'm going to find a good strength training video on SP and do it. Gotta pump my swiss/body/exercise ball (whatever you call it) back up, last time I used it there was not enough air in it. Pumping it up is a workout for your arms!

emoticon Food is going to be easy today. I'm going to go vegetarian for today and have Kung Pao Squash Noodles and a salad for lunch, and zoodles with spaghetti sauce for dinner. I'll have an apple and a banana for a snack and if I'm craving a crunch I'll eat some baked tortilla chips and salsa. I'll probably actually have the salad as a meal between lunch and dinner. I don't normally eat breakfast, but I'm going to have a Juice Plus chocolate shake for breakfast. I'm going to make some protein balls today too. That's peanut butter, honey, oats, millet puffs and protein powder. A yummy for when I get a sweet tooth.
