Week 3 results for Operation Nutrition Focus: Sept. 23-29

Ok finally got a chance to do this blog. This was a very challenging week with kids being sick, I wasn't feeling good for a day or two, and just crazy busy. I still managed to do well and stay focus. I so want to succeed and I will.

NSV: I'm able to get back into my size 16 jeans! emoticon emoticon
They are still a bit tight for my comfort, but hey they buckle. The last time I was able to get in these jean was in 2011/2012 when I had my first success at weight loss. Here's a picture I took the other day of me in my size 16.

Nutrition: I did good for the most part and went over calories one day out of seven. It was expected due to me having the munchies from TOM. I did tracked all days. Here's a snippet of what I've been eating.

Fitness: I did really well with my fitness and mad sure I pushed myself. I exercised three days this week: Jafrican and Body Attack class, Walk and Elliptical, and Jafrican class again. I'm noticing my endurance and intensity is increasing along with my calorie burn. emoticon emoticon . This girl is on Fiya! Total fitness minutes was 227 and burned 2,110 calories.

Weigh In:
I scale showed a gain this week, but I'm not letting that stop my grind! I know I did my part with eating right and exercising so I will trust the process.

Yesterday I attended Body Attack class early in the morning emoticon I can't believe it since I'm not a morning person emoticon . I normally take the evening class, but since they were honoring Breast Cancer Awareness Month I had to go. We had a blast and got a good burn in too!
