Oww!! I did step aerobics on the riser for 550 steps and had to take the riser off, my calves were screaming at me. I went ahead and tried to get my next 30 minutes in, but ended up on the floor massaging my right calf after just 10 minutes. I will take a slower day tomorrow so that my legs can recuperate. Total of 18 minutes today. I'm going to try to do more later, but am not going to push too hard, I don't want to injure myself.
Got woken up around 0430 by this little cutie. She'd had a bad dream and wanted to cuddle with Momma. We got up and she had hot cocoa while I drank some coffee. She went back to bed, I figured it was too late for me to go back to sleep, so I got on the computer for a while before working out.
We have fruit flies. I don't know where they came from, but it is driving me crazy! I killed a bunch of them yesterday with 409. I've heard that mixing borax with something sweet will kill them, maybe I'll do that. I had eaten part of an apple before going to work out and came downstairs to find three fruit flies on it. Gross. Guess I won't be eating it. Anybody got a quick remedy for fruit flies? I keep fruit out on the counter in a basket, but I think I'm going to have to move it all to the fridge
I ate okay yesterday, didn't eat as many veggies as I'd planned. Must plan better today. I forgot to drink my shake after working out yesterday and let myself get too hungry. I ate two whole tuna sandwiches. Yikes! And I was still famished feeling. I know I was full, but I still had that hungry feeling. Then I ate dinner later than usual and ended up feeling the same way. Must not let myself get that hungry feeling. This morning I'm going to make a shake as soon as I'm done with my shower.
