Well, I somehow managed to lose 2.6 pounds this week, even though I once again binged my way through the weekend. I need to work up some sort of game plan to deal with the weekends. Actually, what I really need is to learn some semblance of self-control.
I really think more than anything else, its boredom. I have nothing to keep me occupied on the weekends, and so I eat for the sheer effect of having something to do.
