In It to Win It

My journey began on Monday, October 19, 2015. I woke up, as usual, and threw my pre-packaged salad into my lunch box with some fresh strawberries to go on top. I went to school, as usual, and found out that I aced my anatomy exams from the previous Friday. The day was looking up. I stopped at the gym on my way home (unusual) and ran on the elliptical for 30 minutes. I went home and cooked a healthy lasagna meal. It was a good day, and by the end of the day I felt motivated and great.
This isn’t nearly as hard as I thought it was going to be.
All I had to do was go to the store, buy healthy thing, and prepare lunches and meals for the week on Sunday? All I have to do is stop at the gym (which is less than half a mile from my house – and on the way home, too!) before going home and spend about an hour of my time to make myself healthier?
I think I can do this.
I’ve stuck with it so far, and I really plan to keep it going
