I've been surfing Spark, enjoying the blogs. I came across this one by an excellent blogger. He passed on a comment he'd heard by an inspirational speaker, "Every time you whine, complain or generally think life has treated you badly, simply add to the end of the complaint
"And my life is very blessed."

In another blog, the same Sparker stressed living in the moment. No wonder this guy has so many popular blog awards. I have a silly grin on my face after reading his blogs.

I can look at all the things that make life hard now, or I can live in the moment. Yes, I still have cancer. But you know what? Right now, in this moment, life is good.

I am blessed.

I am enjoying the beautiful Autumn season. From my window, I see the cinnamon tinged yellow leaves. The sun on the leaves brightens the rooms. Today I hear the wind in the trees and we are due for rain. Thank you for Autumn.

My home is a peaceful oasis. I try to keep it that way. I can deal with drama in small doses, but I don't want to live with it. Thank you for harmony and peace.

I met two siblings for breakfast this morning. It is a good way to start the day. Thank you for family.

I am so blessed.

Annie, I woke up this morning thinking today I'm just going to enjoy this day, each moment, I will not think about what's to come. Enjoying the journey not fretting about the future. Be well! Be blessed!
