So I've been walking again. I need to keep it up. This is the only way I can be accountable, by writing it in a blog. I wish I could stay motivated to walk. I'm going to keep this up.
I learned today that there are about 300,000,000 kids in the US that have food allergies. It's gone up and when we asked the woman why--she had no idea. Several of us think that it's because of the GMO's. I have no idea, but it is amazing to me, that when I first got into teaching, we didn't have to worry or take workshops on children being abused, or children wanting to commit suicide or food allergies. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaa!! Anyway, the world is sure changing. emoticon I thank the Lord for my life!!!

Walking is great because you can fit it in in large or small amounts all day....and you need no equipment (except for good shoes)...There are some great SP articles about helping to keep motivated by changing up walking routines....Have a great day! emoticon (About children and issues...abuse has always been a problem....just now it is more known....but i agree about suicide and allergies, for sure)

I just read today that walkers lose more weight and have slimmer waist than people who go to the gym. Well that is something to think about. I think tomorrow which I usually take three long walks, I think I will stretch it to 4. Happy walking my friend! ;o)
