So I'm tired of trying to back track each day on what I did the night before so I'm just going to start writing how my day was at night before bed. But I will cover yesterday too. I met all my goals day 3 challenges and the tradmill. I did do it a little long but not much i was thinking I should keep it consistent for a week and then change it up increasing the intensity.
Today calorie wise it was not a good day was at 1600 should not have had the muffin. But I did do everything else was sitting here fighting myself about getting on the treadmill I really really funny want to but I told myself Vegas Vegas Vegas and managed to get my butt up to do it and the day 4 challenges no matter how much I didn't want to!
Tomorrow's goal is sticking within the calories and monitoring it closely. Day 5 challenges and the treadmill I'm also going to work on increasing my water intake too as I know that's been slacking too.
So anyway that's my goals and accomplishments and I need to say that even being down 15 lbs I've noticed a difference in trying to walk in high heels and I love it!
