This is my third week with TOPS and I lost 4lbs this week.. Which is awesome.... Now I just need to keep it off and not regain which is so so easy to do. I am totally surprised with this loss for I had India butter chicken, ate buffet at my husband's company Christmas Party... plus I had dim sum on Sunday and I still lost..
I watched my what I ate from Mon to Friday more carefully this week and even did walking, aqua size and workout with exercise ball and some 10lb weights on my bed for it's too hard for me to get down to the ground.
Hopefully my next weight in will be a good one next Wednesday...
