Can't believe I'm choosing to blog about the topic of journaling or tracking food intake. Like I'm an expert food blogger - definitely not. As those who know me, my consistent complaint regards difficulty in the use of the food tracker.
A funny thing happened today. I made what I considered to be good choices in food and the result was that I have quite handily tracked two whole meals and my morning snack. Maybe choosing carefully makes that task easier??
At any rate, I'm so hoping this is the beginning of a habit, or in Spark parlance, a streak. I really hope this happens. Journaling really seems to be the best way to achieve accountability with oneself.
