Started A 12 Week Ideal Shape Up Fat Burning Challenge Workout

Hi SP Friends,
I'm not sure if you remember me, because I've been away from SP for awhile. I did write on one of my blogs about a car accident I was in & was out of commission for along time. The past year now I finally got back into walking & lifting light weights.
The only way I can workout /W/ weights is by wearing a brace that's fitted tight around my mid-section. I'm good to go as long as I wear this.
Well I started this workout challenge weeks ago & after the 5th week I lost 15 lbs. & gained muscles I never saw before on myself. I was amazed. So I decided I would like to share this workout /W/ SP friends. Feels good to be back.
So if anyone would be interested in joining me /W/ this challenge pop in & check out my post, on "Ideal Shape Up Challenge" As mentioned it's a 12 week program & it consists of 3-4 exercises daily {for 6 days} and a Challenge workout for the day.
As long as you're consistent /W/ the challenge, you will see results. Altogether now I lost 18 lbs. I need to lose 2 more pounds to reach my goal weight. I gained 20 lbs when I was laid up from the accident. I'm so thrilled, I thought I'd never lose this weight again, as I did before. But I'm sticking with it & determined to complete the program.
After the 12 weeks are up you can start it over, or who knows, I might find another program. So come on join me & the other members. Hope to see you!
