I always seem to be starting over on my weight-loss journey. But starting over is better than not starting at all right? It's not that I've completely fallen off the wagon, but I have let multiple bad habits sneak back into my life.
I'm starting over in the sense that I'm getting back to the basics. I'm tracking all food, even that extra pat of butter. I'm trying to eat clean, meaning little to no processed foods. I'm cutting out soda and upping my water intake.
My real problem has always been exercise. I hate it. I hate doing it. I was focusing on ST for a while, but even that has fallen by the waste side. All the muscle I built is gone. I can hardly lift my 15 lb weights now. On the bright side I found CIZE which I love, so hopefully I can stick to it. I'll be adding my ST back in, so hopefully I'll see results again soon.
My plan is just to keep moving forward. Every step counts, no matter how small.
