It is difficult to wake up on this sleeping aid! Finally the thought that my garbage was not at the curb pulled me out of sleep. Our garbage trucks come by super early, so I think I got it out there in time. Yes, I know, natural sleep is better, and easier to wake up from, but I was getting next to no sleep. I'm having a sleep study done to see what is going on. I know my husband says I breath really shallow when I'm sleeping. I'm hoping we can get it sorted so I can sleep without aid.
Got a great hour long workout in yesterday! Hoping to do the same this morning, but add in a walk around the neighborhood, I hope. I'm thinking I'll wait till DH gets home to go walking, even though that is a busier hour. It seem like every time I take the kids walking one of them gets hurt. But then if they want to go do 5k's with me in Fall, they need to train with me now. Oh, pooh. I suppose a lunch walk would be better. Either way it will be a great work out in itself, as the hills around here are really big. GA mountain terrain for ya!

to a no gym home 12 week workout. I'm thinking about doing the strength training part of it. I'm not where I could do the sprints and stuff yet. Gotta walk before I can run. But why not give it a try? I have no idea what a butt kick is, but I can look it up. I figure he's trying to help now, so why not give his help a try.
So, now the only gifts that we are waiting on are the ones I am making. Yikes. And I jut ordered some more yarn to make a few more things before Christmas. I just hope I can make them all in time. The clouds for my rainbow scarves are really difficult and time consuming. But I'll try my best!! Here is what I have done so far:
That is all six of them. I have enough to make one more, so I may do that.
