It has been several months since I have blogged. Something has got to change with me and hopefully this is the beginning. I am out of control and need to do every day/regular exercise and watch what I eat. Come December 28 everything will get back to a healthy level. I won't say NOW because there will be too much chance for me to get off track and that would just be another discouragement and reason to stay off track. When we return home from the holiday trip I will do a planned eating and exercise plan. All sweets will be taken out of the house or my husband will hide it from me. I will plan meals and exercise.

I can do this thing. I have before. I think I will do the FMD again. It is healthy eating without counting calories. It hurts but I will give up the coffee, sweets, wheat, milk products, potatoes, all processed food, soy, and everything FMD says. I should lose 5-10 pounds in the 28 day program. Hopefully I will continue for another 28 days after that. If I could stick it out for 4-6 months I could find a number I could live with, my blood pressure should lower, my cholesterol should go down a little, and I would feel better.
