Winter 2016 5% Weight Loss Challenge!

Saturday begins the challenge! It's eight weeks long. Teams compete by tracking their activity minutes and their points for the weekly challenges posted that are meant to encourage a healthy lifestyle. By increasing activity levels and committing to healthy lifestyle challenges, members are striving to reach a goal of losing 5% of their body weight in 8 weeks. It is doable!! I can attest to that. I lost a little more than 5% during the Fall Challenge and I hope to increase the percent lost this challenge round. I am a Firecracker! It is an awesome team to be a part of. Last challenge was my first challenge and I was very surprised at how friendly everyone is. It's all about progress, not perfection. Together we encourage and motivate each other. It's perfect timing for New Year's Resolutions. This is one New Year's Resolution that I will keep. I will be more active in 2016. I will make better food choices and improve my nutritional habits. I am so excited to be doing it with a team that I love!
