It took me 90 days, but I got that grip!
I have kept up my exercises every week with a prescribed rest or two inside the chaos.
I finished the holiday season with no weight gain.
The beginning of 2016 is so booked I have difficulty breathing. DH will start his IV therapies in a few weeks to try to stop the progression his nerve loss. He's had two major serious diagnosis in the past 6 months along with surgery. He's not accepting his issues well and I don't blame him.
I growl, cajole, hug, kiss and whine to him....but I don't blame him.
I slowly am changing what he eats. it's a covert process although sometimes he'll say he knew it was "diet". Now that his weight is stable I can work on having him reduce the carbs and become a better diabetic.
I will be working on my food too in the next few weeks. I've already returned to making and packaging measured meals. Cutting out the refined carbs and adding back the veggies was the key. Whew, I was missing those veggies.
I've just about got my challenge decided and it will be shorter.
