As bad as this is, I'm writing about restarting my lifestyle change. Today I am once again starting DASH -Weight Loss Solution. The hope that doing this AGAIN will drop some pounds has brought me to this challenge. Every year I'm saddled with excess weight that procrastinating has added to my body. I hope that making the commitment to the miserable initial two weeks of the program will help me adopt the healthy eating advocated by DASH. Once the two weeks are behind a better lifestyle/eating style awaits.
