Day 3

Thursday, January 07, 2016

Today is the first day I haven't felt like I was starving today. I'm having a hard time with being thirsty and not getting my water intake. Since I work in food all day long it's been harder than I thought....the damn cookies. I have to run to pick up a huge amount of fruit 3 Times a week. Tuesday's Thursday's and Saturday's. I don't get off of work until 5p it takes 3.5 extra hours to do my run. We always stop to eat out tonight we didn't but that being said i didn't have dinner done until almost 10. I go to bed at 11 to get up at 5. It's a struggle I'm going to have to figure out a solution for but for now I'm glad that I have the willpower to do what I need to. Well, one more day down! I can't wait until I can finally weigh myself on this scale. We will see how long thAt will take soon I hope

Yes it was a struggle for me too schedule-wise, but I put my health as first priority. Here I am close to my goal weight! It's worth it! Stick with it! You got this!

Take a water bottle with you to work and keep refilling it to ward off anythirst. This will also help to keep you feeling full.

Keep up the great work kiddo.

    You look young :)

I put off weighing myself also. Everyone has their own comfort level with how often they weigh themselves. I don't like how the scale fluctuates, so I try to wait a few weeks to make sure there's been some true progress.

I also work in food, I know how that is. My coworkers have a hard time accepting when I refuse food. But, I refuse it regardless.

It seems like getting fruit is a big journey for you. I hope you find something that's a real treat.
