2015 was a great year for everything... but losing weight!

haha DH & I bought property which we will hopefully begin building on this year, and I completed a challenge with my friends to run 12 races in 12 months. We had our last race in December, but started 2016 off with a fun New Years Day 5K.
Currently we're training for a long distance race. Two of us are doing a half marathon and the other two crazies are doing a full. I made a mistake with my last half. During training, I "treated" myself way too much and then when it was over I had formed some bad eating habits. I didn't gain while I was training, but the weight quickly packed on when I was done. This time I hope to train smarter. I've been loosely following the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle, but it's time to buckle down and commit to it.
And since planning is always the key to success, here's a menu I found on Pinterest for meal planning. I don't have everything filled out, but hopefully I'll finish up this afternoon so I can go grocery shopping tonight.
