For a Friday seafood recipe try this:
4-4oz Haddock fillets (or any other firm fish)
1/2 cup lime juice
1 T. onion, dried
1-16oz can diced tomatoes
1 T. parsley, dried
Place fish in shallow dish
Combine lime juice, onion, tomatoes and parsley
Pour mixture over fish
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
