Yes, Spark friends if you are going green these green peas can help you. They along with beans, peanuts, and artichokes are really good sources of magnesium. This mineral is great to supply energy to our body. Spinach is one of the best sources of iron which helps speed oxygen to our cells and gives us energy.

I track my intake of magnesium in my daily food report.
