Here's how the week went:
Sunday, I got to my swim lesson feeling less than 100%, but left feeling 110%. At the end, I got to swim in my own lane with minimal supervision and I didn't end up in another lane! This is huge SparkFriends, HUGE!!
Monday, I moved boxes upstairs near the end of the day at work.
Tuesday, I moved boxes downstairs as soon as I got to work.
Wednesday, I moved boxes at work.
Thursday, I moved boxes at work first thing in the morning. After work I got to the gym and hopped on the Spin Bike before the Crunch Time class.
Friday, I took a rest day.
Saturday, I got to the Cycle and Body Pump classes.
The plan for next week:
- 1 swim lesson/week-
- Eat within range (1,270 - 1,620 calories) 5 days/week- I ate over range on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. (It was a VERY bad week.)
- Eat at least 60 grams of protein/day- I missed the mark on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- Eat at least 25 grams of fiber/day- I missed the mark on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
- The World Water Day Maintenance Challenge with a center weight of 128 lbs- Today's weight: 127 lbs
